This traditional style kitchen contrasts dark stained cabinets with a light colored floor, countertops, and backsplash to keep the room light, accented by the natural light from the large windows over the apron sink and in the breakfast area. Lights located under and above the wall cabinets provide task and accent lighting. Though the 48” black Viking range with its decorative backsplash and large custom hood are the focal point of the room, the island, being a different finish, stands alone as an eye-catching piece of furniture. The entire kitchen consists of custom furniture-type details such as rope moulding details both in the crown moulding and base cabinets.
